Terms and ConditiONS
1 - Definitions
"Organizer" refers to Grupo OHM, LDA, responsible for planning and executing the camping and festival event.
"Participant" refers to any individual attending the camping and festival event.
"Event" refers to the camping and festival organized by the Organizer.
"Venue" refers to the location where the event takes place.
2 - Registration and Tickets
Participants must register and purchase tickets through the official event website or authorized channels.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Participants must follow all registration and ticket purchase instructions.
3 - Participant Obligations
Participants must comply with all event rules, principles, values and regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the participation of any attendee for non-respect of our rules, values, principles or regulations.
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Organizer.
Participants must respect the environment and other attendees.
Alcohol and drug use may be prohibited or restricted, in accordance with the legislation applicable in the country where the festival is held. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to impose its own restrictions or prohibitions regarding the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol and drugs within the festival premises, regardless of local laws. Any violation of these rules may result in denial of entry or immediate removal from the event, without refund.
Participants must follow applicable laws and event policies.
Minors under the age of 18 need parental or legal guardian consent to attend.
Children are permitted attendance to the festival and remain the full responsibility of their parent or legal guardian during the entirety of the festival time.
4 - Health and Safety
The Organizer will make efforts to provide an overarching safe and healthy environment for participants.
Participants are responsible for their individual health and safety.
5 - Campsite and Accommodations
The Organizer may provide camping options or guidelines for accommodation.
Participants are responsible for their own camping gear and setup.
It is forbidden to make a fire on the festival and camping grounds. Participants may be charged a fine of EUR 5,000 for making a fire and will be held fully legally and financially responsible for any burning or damage of the grounds, infrastructure and materials.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
6 - Event Schedule
The event schedule is subject to change.
The Organizer is not responsible for changes or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
7 - Liability and Release
Participants attend the event at their own risk.
The Organizer and venue are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or other losses.
8 - Conduct
Participants must adhere to the values and principles of Equilibrio that promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere.
The Organizer reserves the right to expel any participant from the event and property at any time, due to the participant’s disruptive behavior.
9 - Intellectual Property
All event materials, logos, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10 - Data & Privacy
Participants may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. The use of personal recording devices may be subject to event rules.
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national legislation, the Second Party expressly consents to the processing by the First Party of the personal data provided and collected, namely: name, address, civil, tax, social security and criminal identification, marital status, academic and professional qualifications. Such data shall be processed for the purposes of performing the service agreement, complying with applicable legal obligations, and for internal communication purposes.
The provision of such data by the Second Party to the First Party for the purposes described above is mandatory, and failure to provide said data shall prevent the performance of this contract, leading to its termination.
As the data subject, the Second Party shall have the right to:
access their personal data by requesting information from any manager of the First Party;
rectify their data if it is outdated, incorrect, incomplete, or has been altered;
request the erasure of their data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the legally imposed data retention period;
request the restriction of processing of their personal data by the First Party, under the conditions set out by law.
The First Party undertakes to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all relevant national legislation, and to process the collected personal data in a careful and diligent manner. The managers of the First Party shall be deemed the data controllers responsible for such processing.
All personal data is stored and processed by our subcontractor EntryTickets, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. No data will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless EntryTickets is legally obligated to do so or to defend its rights.
11 - Termination and Refunds
The Organizer may refuse entry or terminate the participation of any attendee for violations of these terms and conditions.
Refunds will not be provided to terminated participants.
12 - Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be obliged to reimburse any Ticket cost in the event of unforeseen events beyond their control, including natural disasters, political complications or acts of terrorism.
13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
14 - Modification of Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
